Headz Up is a ministry that is reaching
out to the Hip Hop culture. We do this through events and performances,
but primarily through a Bible study held on Sunday evenings at 7p.m. in
Sun Valley, California, the Los Angeles area.

Headz Up first began in 2002 with a major Christian hip hop event that
occurred on May 16 at the Bridge church in Alhambra, California.

Although a success, the plans for successive events did not pan out for
the next few years. This year Headz Up leadership reorganized with a new vision to reach people in the Hip hop culture. Starting with a Bible
study, we plan to grow as the Lord sees fit.

22 artists performed that night, such as Mars ill, Tunnel Rats, Future
Shock and others and the event was spearheaded by a conference
discussing business and ministry issues. We have been meeting for almost one year.
